Fathers being involved in their kid’s lives matters, and the earlier the better. Being there physically is only part of the equation. In many homes, dads can be on the scene, but unfortunately, emotionally absent. Children suffer when fathers are unable or unwilling to engage with their children on a meaningful level. We explore this and more on the importance of fatherhood from a sociological point of view and a biblical world view. Darren and Melissa are founders of Fathering Adventures, a ministry that partners with parents to raise the next generation of healthy men and women.
