Life can be packed with situations and circumstances that leave us feeling anxious and worried.  It can affect us physically, emotionally, relationally and spiritually. Even though we know that the Bible states “Do not fear’ 100’s of times, unfortunately many Christians suffer with anxious thoughts and this is only increasing. With Peta we talk about everyday worry and stress and how to deal with it.   We also unpack how we breathe, and having an attitude of gratitude with God’s help can assist in conquering these troublesome emotions.
